If you have a problem with your purchase, we provide A/S service according to corporate regulations.
It takes 10 to 15 days after receiving your request.
The repair period varies depending to the condition of the products.

 

1. The company makes compensation for quality problems in accordance with Consumer Compensation Regulation by the Ministry of Finance and Economy as follows.

2. Defective textiles
(Defective manufacture, decoloration & shrinking at the time of cleaning
 
3. Defective subsidiary materials (buttons, zippers, pads, etc.)  

4. Inaccurate size and poor design and color
(If the product was purchased within 10 days and does not have any other problems)

 
 
2. The company is not responsible for making compensation for accidents caused by careless handling or quality problems of the product whose warranty period expired (1 year).
 
3. Customers are refunded in the following cases.
Customers are refunded if they were overcharged. Customers should request a refund within 15 days of purchase if the product does not comply with advertising or descriptive label.
